I teach several classes a week at On The Mat Yoga Studio in Halifax.
These classes are open for anyone to register, some are live-streamed as noted with *
Sunday 12Noon: Yin/ Yang*- an offering of both movement to warm up the body, and then held stillness on the floor to delve deeper into the body's joints and connective tissues.
Sunday 5-6:30pm Mind Body Bliss: a really cozy class that is delicious blend of restorative stillness that can be supported by props, a blend of yin for a deeper opening, and then a guided yoga nidra meditation at the end.
Monday and Thursday 9:30-11am: Vinyasa Flow*- start the day off with some movement, mindful breath, and space in the body.
I also sub other classes on the schedule from time to time.
Classes are all levels, new comers, and seasoned yogis are all welcome.
I have a few select openings for weekly classes for your small groups. I can come to you (workplace, home, sports facility, etc). Please contact directly to set up.
I teach Wednesday 7:30-9pm at the East Dartmouth Community Centre. This class is pre-registration, and drop-ins are avail as space permits.
