
NEWLY OPENING- SMALL HOME BASED YOGA STUDIO!!
A new addition is offering some small group classes from my little home studio, in the Bedford Basin. The space is also available to book private session, and personalized groups.
The schedule starts Dec 2025, with offerings each week day, including a mix or morning, lunchtime, and evening classes, with a once a month specialty class.
Classes offered at this venue:
Mindful Movement: great for beginners, or those looking for a slower pace, more floor work
Vinyasa Flow: moving with breath through standing postures, balance, energizing and strengthening
Rest and Restore: supported stillness with lots of props, ease of mind and body
Mornings: Tues, Wed, Fri 9-10am
Lunch: Mon, Wed, Thurs 12-1pm
Evening: Mon 6-7pm

I teach several classes a week at On The Mat Yoga Studio in Halifax.
These classes are open for anyone to register, some are live-streamed as noted with *
Sunday 12Noon: Yin/ Yang*- an offering of both movement to warm up the body, and then held stillness on the floor to delve deeper into the body's joints and connective tissues.
Sunday 5-6:30pm Mind Body Bliss: a really cozy class that is delicious blend of restorative stillness that can be supported by props, a blend of yin for a deeper opening, and then a guided yoga nidra meditation at the end.
Monday and Thursday 9:30-11am: Vinyasa Flow*- start the day off with some movement, mindful breath, and space in the body.
I also sub other classes on the schedule from time to time.
Classes are all levels, new comers, and seasoned yogis are all welcome.
I have a few select openings for weekly classes for your small groups. I can come to you (workplace, home, sports facility, etc). Please contact directly to set up.
I teach Wednesday 7:30-9pm at the East Dartmouth Community Centre. This class is pre-registration, and drop-ins are avail as space permits.
